Lenovo is not a traditional Silicon Valley start-up. It’s a business with a unique perspective on the power of a different way. We worked with Lenovo to look at how technology can continue to contribute to a more inclusive society. We devised a never-before-conducted study that would inform Lenovo’s global HR strategy and provide a framework for the commitments Lenovo will make to drive positive change.
Through the report and top-tier media placements, we showed how evolving technology – including AI, Augmented Reality and the Internet of Things – supports inclusion for people in more than 160 countries in which Lenovo is present. To amplify the report’s launch, we devised a bespoke content and executive programme where Lenovo’s diversity spokespeople are driving transformational debate on platforms around the world.
