HERE Technologies - Using social listening to help HERE cut through at CES

As the world’s largest tech convention, CES generated over 572,000 social media mentions in 2019. HERE Technologies – the location data specialist – needed to find a new way to cut through this noise on social during the 2020 event.

Working closely with our Digital team we launched a social listening campaign to find event attendees posting about location-based struggles while in Las Vegas for CES. With a war room on the ground, we monitored posts and engaged with people looking for some extra help. We surprised them in person with something to make their day a little better including, coffee, new trainers, dinner at a top restaurant.
