Young people experience the highest sexually transmitted infection (STI) diagnosis rates in the UK. Yet there is lack of understanding amongst this group of STIs and testing.
The Getting Some? Get Tested campaign, supported by Hologic, aimed to educate and encourage young people to get tested for STIs through a digital campaign.
We implemented a cheeky Facebook advertising campaign focused in major cities in the UK based on high student population and high rates of STIs. The launch coincided with Fresher’s week and start of University term.
We partnered with influential vloggers Lucy Moon and Hannah Witton on Instagram content who discussed personal experiences of getting tested to help normalise the process and drive their audiences to use the sexual health clinic locator on the campaign website.
