Novartis - European Patient Association Digital Academy

3 Monkeys’ Zeno created an The European Patient Association Digital Academy for Novartis to help patient advocacy groups better understand the value, importance and evolving social media landscape in the context of the rare disease space, and to confidently use social media channels to amplify their messages and nurture their communities. 

A series of face-to-face workshops and video conferences with guest speakers including Facebook and Eurordis explored the fundamentals of social media including content planning and creation, community management, paid social media, working with social influencers, measurement and social listening. 

Over 120 participants joined the Academy from 60+ patient organisations around the World, with 69% reporting it supported them in optimising their social strategies, and 100% keen to recommend the experience and value further training.
