Our news: We believe in being… Kind To Your Mind

Since 2018 we have been working with The Mental Health Foundation as our pro bono charity partner. With them, we devised a ‘Be Kind To Your Mind’ colleague programme which has now been adopted across all Zeno offices worldwide. As we all know, work pressure, family commitments, turbulent politics, economic uncertainty, everyday stress can take its toll on your health and wellbeing. The ‘Be Kind To Your Mind’ programme enables all colleagues to have an annual membership to Headspace, an app dedicated to mindfulness and relaxation and access to on-site mental health first aiders and a confidential counselling helpline. Annually, we invite our colleagues to a broad range of activities during Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day that include: yoga lunch time classes, guest speakers including Premier League footballer Marvin Sordell and The Gut Stuff to discuss and share their mental health battles and how food can impact your mental health, laughter therapy, picnics in the park and reclaiming your lunch break by visiting a museum or art gallery. All these initiatives ensure the mental wellbeing of our colleagues remains our first priority, especially in across the last few months.
