Soho based agency is the first to sign up to new platform

3 Monkeys Zeno today announce a partnership with hundo, an entry-level talent solution focused on connecting forward thinking employers with Gen Z talent. The agency will be the first PR consultancy to sign up to the platform, alongside businesses Reed Group, HR Datahub and Captify.

Founded in 2020 by Esther O'Callaghan OBE and Piers Collins, hundo is a social impact company that aims to solve youth unemployment and boost ED&I at scale. Employer partners who are serious about tackling diversity and inclusion work through three ‘Career Collab’ phases designed to reinvent how they recruit.

The phases include an initial Scorecard which provides industry benchmarking and Gen Z insights; a second Launchpad stage where hundo content creators showcase the company to their community and thirdly, direct access to a pool of Gen Z talent who are looking to enter the comms industry. Hiring with hundo includes ongoing in-placement support which delivers higher retention rates, providing more successful outcomes for both the young person and the business.

The partnership follows 3 Monkeys Zeno setting diversity targets of a minimum 20% BAME representation by 2023 and a minimum 25% in 2024, across all levels of the agency.
