Our Approach

Planning and Creativity

Our Planning and Creative teams are central to all our campaigns. Everything we recommend is rooted in real insight and analytics using an array of specialist tools and techniques. Our strategic and creative rigour comes from truly understanding our clients’ businesses, the market they’re operating in and the audiences they’re trying to influence.

Our unique methodology, the Creative Kaleidoscope™ guides us to mitigate mediocrity and blend different forms of creativity by encouraging our teams to constantly challenge themselves to create amazing work, born out of a human truth.

With this shared vocabulary, we aim to enable and inspire our people and our clients to collaborate effectively to create work with real human impact. Creative work that makes culture. Creative work that starts conversations and drives headlines and shares. Creative work that is utterly distinctive, and immediately recognisable to your brand.

Planning And Creativity

The Human Project

Our proprietary methodology studies people in-depth by exploring the inherent values, behaviours and societal trends that motivate them. The concept was inspired by the revelation people want brands to act like their best friends – the values they assign to their deepest relationships are the same values they desire from brands they choose. The methodology can be applied across all sectors, and intersects B2C and B2B. It is also an internal tool – engaging employees’ deeper values inspires evangelists and advocates.

Human Project Same As Before

Measurement

We’re data-driven, and have set out to transform the way organisations harness data to drive performance and value. Our Performance Communications methodology enables us to help clients know, rather than hope, that media planning will be effective, or that earned media content will have the desired impact on people who see it. And using our award-winning ROAR® methodology, we measure outcomes, not just outputs, so we can clearly identify how our work is delivering improved brand reputation and, ultimately, better bottom line. Which is what it’s about, after all.
